A Nacreous Tuesday

珠光寶氣的週二

Good morning, Taipei.

Did you look up at the sky this morning? It was nacreous and gemlike, brushed with pastel blues, warm golds and passionate coral.

I am happy that I was able to get up earlier to finish my floor exercise before heading out for a jog. I think it is becoming increasingly doable to include it in my daily routine.

Both floor exercises and jogging are done. And I hope you have a fabulous Tuesday.

你今天早上有抬頭看天空嗎？方方早上走出門，覺得整個天空真的是珠光寶氣的——馬卡龍藍色、暖金色、熱情奔放的珊瑚紅互相呼應點綴著，看得我目不暇給。

今天早上我夠早起來，做完了地板運動才出門跑步，開心。我想，把地板運動跟晨跑當作一組例行的早晨運動，我已經越來越有把握了。

地板運動結束，也跑完步了。祝你週二愉快。
