Another sunny and burning hot day here. I thought about staying in and skipping the morning jog. But knowing I will not exercise for a few days from tomorrow, I decided to go for a short one.
Yeah, I'm having my hair coloured today, so my hair needs to stay dry to keep the colour longer.

今天又是艷陽高照的一天，而且真的好熱啊。方方有偷懶想過今天不晨跑的，但是想到從明天開始我會有幾天不跑步，便決定乖乖地來跑一下。
是的，今天我要去處理頭髮的顏色，弄完頭髮後有幾天是不能洗頭的，這樣頭髮顏色才能持久。
跑步啦！
把握最後一天的端午連假呦。
