Another new week, another new Monday.
We have another sunny day here. How nice.
I almost skipped my morning jog today because my shins and thighs are sore from yesterday’s hike. But here I am, doing it anyway.
Alright, my jog is done. Getting ready for the day.

今天早上方方差點不想來跑步，因為大腿小腿都因為昨天爬山有點酸痛。但我還是來了，跑完步了。
