奶油阿曼

I never know the name of this pastry. This is called Kourtney-amann—a sweet and round Breton pastry from the Douarnenez, the Brittany region of France. The name uses the two main ingredients: butter and cake, where “kouign” is cake and “amann” is butter in Brittany. It is supposed to have a crispy and caramelized exterior with a tender, moist and buttery interior. 

This is from a new pastry store around my house where I see long quene waiting to purchase. Not bad!

原來這個麵包叫做奶油阿曼(又稱法式焦糖奶油酥),方方也是剛剛問了谷歌大神才學習到的。

它是來自法國布列塔尼區的一種傳統點心,主要的成分就是奶油和糖分,所以他的名字也是使用布列塔尼當地方言奶油「Amann」及甜點「Kouign」這樣直覺的去命名。好可愛喔!

這個麵包應該要外酥,帶點焦糖感,裡面軟軟綿綿有濕潤的口感,而且還要有滿滿的奶油味的口感才是正確。

剛剛的早餐第一次試吃,它是家人在新開的一家麵包店買,每次經過都看他大排長龍,現在我懂了。
