I liked the dumplings and pan-fried over-easy eggs I made a few days back, so I decided to make them again this morning.

Boil the water, put the dumpling in, and when the water is boiling, put in cold water. Repeat this 3 times, then take the dumpling out and rinse it with cold water.

Pan-fried over-easy eggs are pan-fried over-easy eggs.

Then, I topped it with vinegar, white pepper, and soy sauce. 

Assemble them into a plate and sprinkle scallions.

Yum!

The simpler the food, the better it tastes.

今天早上方方打算繼續煎荷包蛋配水餃。

煮滾後過三次冷水,接著拿出來瀝水以及再衝一次冷水。荷包蛋就是荷包蛋,全世界都一樣。

接著方方倒一點醋、少量醬油、撒點白胡椒、再搭上新鮮切的綠蔥,完美!

越簡單的食材越好吃。
