I liked the dumplings and pan-fried over-easy eggs I made a few days back, so I decided to make them again this morning.
Boil the water, put the dumpling in, and when the water is boiling, put in cold water. Repeat this 3 times, then take the dumpling out and rinse it with cold water.
Pan-fried over-easy eggs are pan-fried over-easy eggs.
Then, I topped it with vinegar, white pepper, and soy sauce.
Assemble them into a plate and sprinkle scallions.
