After visiting my orthopedic surgeon for a follow-up on the bone spurs in my right shoulder, I met with friends for some girl talk.

方方今天去回診骨科看肩膀的骨刺，還是有點問題需要協助，又有施打一些改善的治療。但好多了，至少醫囑不像上次交代休養一週了，耶！
醫院結束後，方方跟老同學約了聊天。謝謝靜怡帶我去這家網美店，生意真好，下次也想來吃ㄑㄧ他菜色。
