“Lin Tsung Ming Smart Fish” is a delicious Taiwanese braised fish in soup that has been established since 1953. The Fish Head Casserole is its signature dish, and if you visit its original store in Chia-Yi, you will see people queue for it regardless of what time you go. I am glad we can have it right at 101 in Taipei now. 

你吃過林聰明沙鍋魚頭嗎？他是一家超過72年的老字號，本店緣起於嘉義。如果你親自走訪嘉義去吃林聰明，就要有心理準備排隊—不管你什麼時候去，應該都會有排隊的人龍。因為他實在太好吃了。

好險現在在台北101就吃得到了，真是開心。
