Finally, my dad has agreed to a hearing-aid assessment. It took me years to get his go-ahead.
I’m relieved he’s getting past the psychological barrier. Now I’m hoping he settles into the trial period comfortably.
I got my manicure first—Christmas is on my nails now. Then I had ramen before Dad’s hearing-aid appointment.
歷時多年，在方方三寸不爛之舌與鍥而不捨之下，方爸爸終於答應，讓我安排他前往做助聽器評估。
好像完成了一個艱難的任務。
很開心方爸爸跨過心理那關；接下來，就祝福他能舒服地適應新的助聽器，享受美好的新的聽力狀態。
早上我當然先去赴美甲師的約，讓雙手準備好過聖誕節。還趁空檔吃了碗拉麵，才陪方爸爸去看助聽器的選擇。
