Tonight, we went for Re Chao, Taiwanese-Style Stir-fry.
If you are ever in Taiwan, you will notice this special “Re Chao” culture. People order a variety of foods to go with whatever drinks they want—typically Taiwanese beers—and hang out.
The dishes are usually smaller, the atmosphere is casual, and it’s usually crowded and noisy. It is almost like a local Taiwanese bar, with a bit more focus on food.
I love it.
